FOR YOUR ORGANISATION
Practical wellbeing that makes a difference
Equip your people with practical tools to understand stress, support recovery and sustain their capacity at work.
ŌRA brings together breathwork, nervous-system education, mindful movement and restorative practices to create meaningful, experiential wellbeing experiences for teams, schools and organisations.
CREATING NEW WAYS TO CONNECT WITH TEAMS
Why it matters.
12 billion working days are estimated to be lost globally every year to depression and anxiety.*
The opportunity isn’t to ask people to do more.
It's to give them practical ways to understand stress, recover and sustain their capacity.
Workplace wellbeing is not simply about feeling good.
It can have a significant impact on people and organisations.
ŌRA brings simple and accessible practices into the workplace through engaging, experiential sessions designed to give people tools they can actually use.

A series of sessions designed to build awareness and practical skills over time.Professional Training
Through Breathwork Asia, structured educational and professional training for educators, practitioners and organisations wanting a deeper understanding of breath, nervous-system awareness and practical wellbeing practices. -
Depending on the programme, participants learn to:
Recognise how stress shows up in the body and affects the way they work
Understand their own patterns of activation, stress and recovery
Use practical breathing and regulation techniques during demanding moments
Develop greater awareness of energy, focus and emotional responses
Build simple recovery practices into everyday working life
Take away tools they can continue using beyond the session
-
Where appropriate, we can use simple pre- and post-session feedback to measure changes in areas such as:
Knowledge : understanding of stress and the nervous system
Confidence : confidence using practical wellbeing tools
Awareness : recognition of personal stress and recovery patterns
Application : intention and ability to use practices in everyday life
Experience : participant satisfaction and perceived value
This gives organisations meaningful feedback beyond attendance numbers and helps inform future wellbeing initiatives.
From experience to everyday life
A wellbeing workshop shouldn't end when the session does.
Our aim is to give people practices they can understand and return to when they need them — whether that's taking a conscious pause between meetings, using the breath during a stressful moment, recognising when they need to recover, or creating better boundaries around their energy.
The goal is not to optimise people.
It is to help people become more aware of what they need and better equipped to support themselves.
