SLOW DOWN & RESTORE

Creating space for restoration and reconnection

ŌRA brings together breathwork, mindful movement and restorative practices to give you practical tools to reduce stress, restore your energy, regulate emotions and build resilience — in everyday life and through times of change.

ŌRA PHILOSOPHY

A different way to approach wellbeing

We live in a fast-paced, sensory-overloaded world, often leaving little space to connect with ourselves and our needs. Yet our bodies, circumstances and seasons of life are constantly changing.

At ŌRA, we believe wellbeing isn't about doing more.
It's about developing the awareness, tools and capacity to respond to what life asks of us, and knowing how and when to pause and restore.

Through breathwork, mindful movement and restorative practices, we help you reduce stress and anxiety, regulate your energy and emotions, restore your capacity and build greater resilience for everyday life.

WELCOME

I'm Julie, mother of two and founder of ŌRA Wellness Collective.

For more than a decade, I've explored the relationship between breath, body, mind and wellbeing through study, practice, teaching and my own experience of navigating the demands of modern life.

ŌRA grew from a simple question:

How can we create more space to feel, listen and reconnect in a world that constantly asks us to do more?

Today, I bridge ancient wisdom and modern science to help people develop their own tools for greater awareness, build resilience and find more sustainable ways to care for themselves, both in everyday life and through times of change.
